Flush Mount Touch Screen Monitors

IVC Displays' flush mount touch screen monitors feature an IP65-rated front panel, providing protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. This rating makes them suitable for washdown areas, manufacturing floors, and other environments where exposure to moisture and particulates is common.

These monitors are available with resistive touch or projected capacitive (PCAP) touch technology. Resistive touch supports use with gloves or styluses and is common in industrial control applications, while PCAP touch offers higher light transmission and a smoother, multi-touch capable interface similar to consumer devices.

The rugged monitor lineup operates reliably from 0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F), with storage temperatures rated from -20°C to 60°C. This wide range supports deployment in unconditioned facilities, outdoor-adjacent installations, and other environments with fluctuating ambient temperatures.

These displays support panel mount installation as well as VESA 75x75 and 100x100 mounting patterns, allowing integration into control cabinets, kiosks, arms, and stands. This flexibility simplifies retrofitting into existing enclosures or designing new equipment housings.

Screen sizes range from 7 inches up to 21.5 inches, with resolutions from 800x480 up to 1920x1080 depending on the model. This range allows selection of an appropriately sized display for compact HMI panels through larger operator interface stations.
